Steps, S&D Carriage End (2 sets)

Two sets of four (4) lost wax end steps for Stockton & Darlington Railway carriages.

These steps fit on most of the later style of S&D carriages which lasted into NER days. One sprue comprises two left and right hand bottom steps and top steps.  The top step is smaller to allow a step board to be attached between the left and right step (see images).  This should be made from a brass / nickel silver offset to the same depth as the other steps.

These have a short 0.7mm diameter stub allowing you to plug and glue the parts more securely in the carriage end.  These steps were attached to both ends of the vehicle.
